We are looking for Network Development Engineer to provide technical thought leadership in the development of our next-generation network supporting both production and lab environments.
As we look to the future, our networks will support an ecosystem of robotics, industrial IoT, sensors, drones, and mobile devices.
The right candidates are comfortable iterating on designs that may fail at the outset to ultimately deliver robust systems that elegantly scale.
Information security and network reliability are at the core of your thought processes, and you are respected as an influencer.
In this role you will also provide guidance to and mentor junior employees to develop their skills and reinforce best practices.
Network reliability is critical to Amazon Robotics, and your responsibilities will include driving root cause resolution of network events impacting the business and operations.
Responsibilities:
Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion Design, configuration, and implementation of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, load balancers, security appliances, VPN appliances, etc.
Implementation and management of wireless infrastructure, wireless controllers, and access points Setup and maintenance of monitoring solutions such as Nagios Provide troubleshooting and problem solving for network and application issues Designing and deploying storage arrays, SAN fabric, SAN switches, storage capacity planning and storage management Installing, configuring and administering multiple Linux distributions such as CentOS and Ubuntu Deployment, configuration and management of Cisco UCS platform.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
