Signifyd is looking for Sr. Director of Sales Operations to join our team. This leader is responsible for leading a team that supports the creation and execution of Signifyd's go-to-market strategy and optimize processes and tools to drive customer acquisition and growth and ultimately achieve the team's revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
Strategy and GTM Leadership:
As a go-to-market leader, drive Signifyd's Go-to-Market strategy and lead a team of experienced professionals to drive the operations aligned with the strategy with the ultimate goal to fuel sales productivity and accelerate customer acquisition. Compensation, performance management, and reporting:
As the operations leader, support and lead the assignment of quotas, own and hold the sales team accountable to activity, pipe generation, and booking targets. Identify and dashboard key metrics and regularly report on performance to the broader leadership. Segmentation:
Utilize the proprietary market information and rich target account data to decide on priority levels and the right segment-focused teams for each target account. Own the segmentation decision, with several passionate data and analytics professionals supporting the execution. Drive measurably higher sales efficiency and quota attainment. Forecasting:
Continuously improve the GTM team's ability to forecast bookings and the ramp in revenue that we can expect from a new account. Besides the strategic and analytical elements, induce the process discipline in deal review to drive high predictability. Tech stack optimization:
Curate the tech stack that sets up the enterprise-driven GTM functions with tools that work well together. Work with the enablement team to ensure the market-facing teams are trained to use them consistently. Sales process improvements:
Embrace Signifyd's continuous improvement mindset. As a strategy and operations leader, instill a process-oriented discipline to set standards and continuously improve on them. Required experience/expertise:
Minimum 7
years of experience in sales or business operations, strategy, and analytics, preferably in a high-growth environment Experience in sales compensation plan design and implementation and quota-setting for multiple sales roles Experience in successfully leading, implementing, and scaling growth initiatives Demonstrated ability to lead and influence direct and indirect reports with high motivation for continuous improvement Experience in building a scaling high-performance teams Strong work management and organization coupled with exceptional communication skills Experience in optimizing revenue automation and monitoring SaaS tools Sophisticated understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs Ability to work cross-functionally with various senior partners (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Solutions, Client Services etc.) Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or engineering Must be located in PST or MST
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & Operations, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
