Summary:
The role requires an individual with strong leadership, partnering and analytical abilities, who can build a shared vision for F5 - Volterra SaaS Platform Management, User Experience, Analytics and Governance. As a Sr. PM of Volterra's SaaS Platform Management you will lead all aspects of SaaS Platform management, User Experience, Analytics and Governance. Your role will be essential for the company's successful multi-year transformation to SaaS. This role requires a solid understanding of technology business, well developed analytic and modeling skills, and an ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to peers and executives. Primary Responsibilities SaaS Platform Management - This includes management of platform related features such as alerts, notifications, quotas and support User Experience Management - This includes the user onboarding experience, user experience in the console including navigation and feature configuration Managing Platform specific aspects for Primary Branding, Whitelabeling and Partner branding Managing Shared Platform Services such as Data Retention, Logging, Log Streaming to External systems including SIEM User management and IAM New Platform enhancements such as Chatbot, Automated Guided Experience on Console Billing Page enhancements including Billing trend analysis, billing thresholds Metering of metrics for Billing, Usage, Adoption. Drive integration of F5 Telemetry data with Salesforce CRM to provide a 360 degree customer centric view of usage, revenue and adoption. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Experience with SaaS Platform Management Experience with User Experience Management in SaaS Experience with Metering, Billing, and Shared Services Management for Platform Design Thinking and Customer Centric Thinking highly desirable Ability to learn quickly, build consensus and interact effectively with teams-Product Management, cross-functional or vendor. Strong organizational skills, ability to zoom out while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Outstanding listener, great presenter, terrific interpersonal and communication skills with strong ability to influence people at all levels and in various functions Strong awareness of technology trends and potential influence on F5's business Strong teaming skills:

Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
