Establish strategic plans and objectives for the Stealth Engineering function Leading the Stealth Engineering Core and Identify teams Responsible for overall Stealth regulatory compliance and ongoing bug fixes of the product Lead team to analyze and implement technical code that will backport and rebrand Stealth 5.0 as Stealth 6.0, and decommission current Stealth 6.0 Lead Stealth organization, including core and identity programs, Sec Governance and QA, Software Development and Solution Management. Usually manages other managers and/or high level individual contributors. Focuses on wide-ranging and cross-functional application knowledge. Encourages others to consider innovative alternatives and contributes to business strategy. Sets and directs action plans. Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures operations effective achievement of objectives You will be successful in this role if you have:
8 years of experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and/or overseeing large information technology projects Strong leadership and project management skills Strong business acumen; excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to understand functional concepts and drives for results Adapts and executes organizational or departmental business plans and contributes to the development of functional or departmental strategies.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
