Description This person will manager a team of SBA Product Lenders in the Chicago market Manages a team of SBA Product Development Lenders / Product Specialists within an Area/Market. Champions and implements strategies to support providing loans associated with the SBA and other federal or state government loan guarantee programs for a large specified geographic area to achieve set sales goals. Will act as the go-to SBA resource/contact in the market and for the team. Develop and foster relationships with market organizations, associations and local SBA segments Educates, informs and prospects additional SBA opportunities Adheres to pricing discipline and credit quality standards. Consults with Banking Office Managers on challenging / complex business proposals. Completes regular reporting of results and activities, along with corporate training requirements. Manages the review and analysis of Huntington's position in the local marketplace, providing feedback to appropriate areas of the Bank. Works with other segments as appropriate to develop specific market-based strategies to leverage sales potential and deliver results that are consistent with Huntington's OCR philosophy Coaches, mentors and leads the market success for SBA production within defined area/market. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree 10
years of SBA, Business Banking or Commercial lending experience. Preferred Skills:
Prior management/coaching/leadership experience Strong SBA lending and credit skills Prior experience leading SBA or business banking/commercial banking sales team Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to interface with various levels or leadership Excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor Proven strong colleague development skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multi-task PC and internet proficiency Base Salary Range:
$135,000.00 - $175,000.00 The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible for participation in Huntington' s SBA Business Banking Incentive program. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
