Program Analyst

The Program Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and leading an exciting and dynamic backlog of business initiatives. This individual will partner with business stakeholders to ensure appropriate prioritization and delivery of the firm's highest priorities. Section 2:
Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for overall management of the project/feature portfolio Formulate, organize, and monitor interconnected projects Identifies risks across projects & features, takes action to mitigate, and suggests adjustments to resource usage accordingly Responsible for coordinating monthly readouts on software capitalization status Provide business input to quarterly status readouts for management Oversee the feature management software implementation and continue to support and evolve its usage Partners with key business stakeholders from various channels to ensure knowledge of requests and relative priority Promotes ongoing customer engagement via various methods including monthly release readouts Participates in overall agile organizational assessment and advocates for alignment between Ascensus business units Fosters an appropriate culture of continuous learning and continued agile maturity Leads with a inspect and adapt philosophy across all interactions Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients. Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements Bachelor's Degree required A minimum of 7 years of business experience is preferred but not required A minimum of 2 years Agile/Scrum processes and best practices preferred A minimum of 5 years of program management experience is preferred but not required Experience with web-based applications and interface conventions Proficient with MS Office:
Word, and Excel, as well as working with industry-standard agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha!, Confluence) Familiarity with financial systems and participant transaction processing is preferred, in particular 529 Plans and retirement products Demonstrated success in facilitating / leading meetings with stakeholders and a strong ability to influence Strong communication skills, especially the ability to translate technical terms into business terms as well as with written documentation. Must be detail-oriented and analytical Must possess the drive to solve problems and improve inefficient processes; lead the team to think of creative/innovative solutions. The Program Analyst role is a highly visible position among management and is a key business partner with multiple business stakeholders. This role is an integral part of the overall delivery teams, partnering with technology and product leads to ensure maximum overall program delivery. The criticality of this role is the incumbent 's ability to build relationships and be influential. They will also be able to successfully prioritize work across a series of constituents and remain adaptable due to changing business dynamics in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment and has prior experience with program management tasks. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Program ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
