Organization & Role Teradyne is currently looking for an Operations New Product Introduction Director to join our team at our San Jose, CA office. Responsibilities Lead Operations NPI team to introduce new products from concept to production ramp including prototype builds in San Jose, CA as well as transition plan to contract manufacturers and suppliers across the globe. Specific Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Managing and coordinating NPI activities between all functional groups including design engineering, Supply Line Management, Product Engineering and Operations for a successful new product transfer. Working with each functional group and the Ops NPI team to identify, prioritize, and act on meeting project timelines and risk management. Working with Finance and supply line groups to develop, analyze, monitor, and meet cost structures and models. Lead the Operations team and the Contract Manufacturer in developing and implementing product transfer plans. Delivering project status reviews to senior management and peers Basic Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a management role and coordinating complex, cross-functional projects. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in an operation's and/or new product introduction and/or project management role. Working knowledge of inventory, capacity planning, material gathering, engineering and finance aspects of manufacturing and outsourcing of electromechanical systems and PCBAs. Ability to adapt project plans, schedules throughout the project to respond to ever changing requirements. Ability to support multiple cross-functional project tracks (swim lanes) concurrently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to escalate issues to senior level management. Comfortable working with cross functional subject matter experts to get desired deliverables. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and collaborative team player. Confidence in conflict solving ability. Persistent, Tenacious, Proactive MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, MS Project or similar) Education BS degree in a technical discipline, preferably mechanical or manufacturing engineering
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Operations ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
