Senior NPI Planner

Planning, requisitioning material, resolving critical material shortages. Monitoring manufacturing builds and reporting to development and management team. Ability to succeed in a highly volatile environment that requires attention to detail while maintaining a broader scope vision to implement change. NPI Planners must be able to work on cross-functional teams as well as communicate with all levels of management. NPI Planners must be able to find creative ways to resolve problems using project management skills. Candidates must be able to work independently, minimal direction. Recognition of when a problem must be escalated is also critical. Basic Qualifications & Skills Applicant must have intermediate level knowledge of Excel. (Oracle experience highly desired). Skills with presentation software and database tools are helpful. Excellent interpersonal and organization skills are a necessity. This individual must be comfortable working in an environment with minimal processes and / or direction. Must be able to adjust to very fast paced & dynamic work environment. A team player that has a high level of flexibility and will work toward daily inter-departmental goals, as well as work cross-functionally. An individual who has demonstrated proactive planning and leadership skills. Education Individual must have BA/BS or equivalent, with 8-10 years of experience working in a supply chain or planning role. Prior experience working with an MRP/ERP system preferred.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Supply Chain & LogisticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
