The HR operations team, endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
Manage benefits deduction and ensure data accuracy for payroll processing, including but not limited to health insurance premium, FSA, HSA, and 401(k); Conduct periodical audits to ensure the data integrity across platforms (HRIS, Benefits Admin system, payroll system, and other vendor platforms); Drive data related audit/compliance projects, such as 401(k) year-end test, 401(k) 5500 audit, annual ACA filing; Identify opportunities for automation from current workflow, and work with the internal HRIS team and external vendors to release human hours from manual work and improve data accuracy; Support mobility operations in providing local benefits/support to expat employees, and partner with payroll team to setup benefits deduction/taxation per company policy and compliance requirements; Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Aids to provide instructions for the current benefits operations related tasks; Other benefits-related projects and responsibilities as applicable.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above with 4
years of Benefits Operations related experience; Experience in Workday, ADP, Bswift, or other benefits administration system is highly preferred; Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, multi-tasking, and meet deadlines; Strong analytical, problem-solving, humility, flexibility, and good interpersonal and customer facing skills.

Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $85000 - $110000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
