Reviewed contracted work performed by vendors.
Provided technical support and maintenance as needed.
Nurtured ongoing relationships with vendors and worked to minimize issues.
Monitored all aspects of vendor work and ensured that contract deadlines were met.
Resolved vendor disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Arranged monthly vendor meetings and responded to inquiries.
Prepared project progress reports and identified areas for improvement.
Maintained ongoing communications with vendors.
