5 Quick Apply Full-time 3 hours ago Full Job Description Do you have an administrative background and a passion for the fast pace environment? We're looking for a Customer Success Manager and PhotoVoltaic (PV) drafter/ estimate designer for our team in San Jose.
You will be working closely with the CEO and the Director of Marketing and Business Development, along with the sales, engineering, and development team and our numerous partners; to draft, review and revise solar design packages for our wide variety of solar projects and provide the best customer service possible.
You will be our first line of interactors, and we're looking for an excited individual passionate about green energy.
This is a startup environment, so we are looking for someone who is looking to great experience and wear many hats in a rapid growth environment.
Job Duties/
Responsibilities:
70% Create sales documents for solar system utilizing Solar Design Software for Solar Consultants Utilize excel, intuitive thinking, and attention to detail to generate critical sales documents Improve Processes and improve ROI Assist Director of Marketing and Business Development in miscellaneous projects 30% Miscellaneous Customer Service Tasks such as answering phones, answering digital inquiries, generating leads Room to take on preferred responsibilities, we are flexible with what your preferences are there is ample room to grow and take initiative Qualifications Great Excel and Math skills Great attention to detail (Triple check your work!)
