About Lark:
Lark combines a multitude of essential collaboration tools in a single interconnected platform, including chat, calendar, content creation, cloud storage, and app management.
Lark makes it easy to stay in sync and access these tools from one to the next.
Software Architects at Lark play a critical role in driving the technical evolution and also details for projects spanning multiple areas and product teams, in Security and IDaaS.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management, design, and QA, to define and deliver high-quality Security & IDaaS products and solutions.
Lead the design and implementation of complex iDaaS system, including identity management, access control, and security protocols, and ensure that they are in line with the company's technical strategy.
Evaluate and assess the organization's security and compliance posture and recommend improvements.
Drive adoption of industry-leading practices such as zero trust, least privileged access, etc.
Ensure compliance with industry and government regulations, such as GDPR.
Work with various teams and stakeholders to ensure that security and compliance policies, procedures, and standards are effectively communicated and implemented.
Drive multiple projects through to delivery removing obstacles as needed to ensure success.
Qualifications:

10
years of experience in Security and iDaaS 2.
Experience with security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate security and compliance requirements to stakeholders at all levels.
