You will:
Build operational processes / infrastructure within Product & Engineering including (but not limited to) Processes to collaborate across functions (e.
g.
, AI, Sales, Delivery) Supporting teams in developing playbooks Implementing/maintaining tools to support workflows (e.
g.
, JIRA) Operationalize collection and tracking of key metrics for Product & engineering work to inform decision-making Improve communications & transparency within Product & Engineering and across to other internal/external groups, including:
Ways to share progress on development work Team utilization & capacity planning Key operational metrics Facilitate weekly project meetings and other team ceremonies as appropriate (e.
g.
, stand-ups, sprint planning) including:
Document meeting notes, decisions and action items Communicate/publish to appropriate stakeholders Own risk mitigation as risks are identified, including communicating to appropriate stakeholders and identifying potential actions and resources required Work closely with Product and Delivery teams to triage customer needs / requests What we look for we look for Bachelor's degree At least 3 years of project management, operations or product management experience in one or more of the following (Bonus if project management certification like PMP, CAPM, CSM, etc):
SaaS software or data platform companies Healthcare technology companies focused on real world data, clinical research, or building AI/ML technology Healthcare analytics companies Exceptional communicator, bonus if candidate has experience turning complex data science / statistics, technology and/or clinical concepts into clear communications You are flexible, have a start-up mindset, and enjoy a fast-paced environment You are proactive, self-motivated and self-directed, detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and data-driven Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels and developing cross-functional relationships Strong verbal and written communication and organization skills.
Ability to seize feedback and provide clear direction is essential.
