Quick Apply Full-time 10 hours ago Full Job Description We are looking for a committed professional with proven experience in the world of school auxiliary and enrichment programs -- such as summer and afterschool classes-- to be part of a growing company! We are a startup that works with over 100 schools around the US on running high-quality after-school and summer classes, and the newest member of our team (this could be you!) will be helping with the hiring and operations that make our classes possible.
The ideal candidate will have experience running these programs at private or charter schools, as these are most of our partners.
They will have a passion for teamwork and have hired part-time professionals and teachers before.
Our programs are known for quality, so we are looking for someone who truly cares about students and parents and can empathize with school administrators.
While the role is remote, we are looking for someone who will be communicative and available through multiple streams of communication during the workday.
Requirements/Responsibilities Hire teachers and other professionals to work in our programs Help students and schools have an awesome experience through your empathy, attention to detail, and good communication skills Be located in or near DC and willing to observe classes in person to provide feedback Skills Proven experience as an auxiliary programs administrator at an independent or charter school Attention to detail and people management Excellent interpersonal skills and familiarity with GSuite Job Type:

Starting at $60,000 a year Job Type:

00 - $70,000.
00 per year Schedule:
8 hour shift Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types:
