If not, we reimburse! We offer a set schedule of 40 hours per week across four 10-hour shifts, giving you consistent three-day weekends.
Start with Creative Security and Grow! Locations (Required to drive to any of these cities on a day to day basis):
San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mtn View, Redwood City, Menlo Park, Campbell, Cupertino, Fremont, Newark, and San Carlos.
Shifts Available:
Shift 1:
Graveyard, Thursday - Sunday, 6 PM - 4 AM.
Shift 2:
Graveyard, Tuesday - Friday, 8 PM - 6 AM.
$22/Hour or more depending on experience Driving company provided vehicles Patrol assigned cities and locations to prevent vandalism and theft.
A combination of foot and mobile patrol scanning of each location Conducting reports via laptop or company phone for each patrol Respond to alarms and client requests Ensuring that the alarm systems at our clients' facilities are functioning properly Communicating with your team via company phone and email throughout your shift 24/7 Dispatch Support Qualifications and Requirements:
Guard Card (We Reimburse!) Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination Valid California Driver's License with a Clean DMV record Be able to get in and out of vehicle 20-30 times a day with moderate walking Must be flexible to route changes Must be able to take over patrol sites for coverage Be able to call 911 for emergencies Be okay to deal with homeless individuals Communicate with clients on a day to day basis Make clear and concise reports
