com We are looking for an Office Administrator Manufacturing for our Silicon Valley location in Sunnyvale, CA.
In this role you will be responsible for:
You will support a fast-paced manufacturing shop; effectively guiding jobs from start to finish Packaging and scheduling the shipment of parts Receiving, calculating, and ordering of materials and components Customer order entry and work order creation along with pack list creation Generating and managing open order reports and communicating customer driven changes to the shop floor Receiving in customer purchase orders and alternatively creating internal purchase orders Scanning, filing, and organizing documentation Communication with customers on the phone and in email Start job folders, and save all job-related correspondence, including the quote folder Scan and save all job-related documents, using proper naming conventions in the correct folder Purchasing tasks May use a company vehicle for deliveries and pick-up as needed Ordering of material You may be asked on occasion to travel to our Patterson, CA facility Qualifications for the role:
Must be reliable, flexible, and self-motivated.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 2
years of experience in a machine shop manufacturing environment is required.
2
years of experience with an ERP system is required.
ShopKeeper is our shop management system which is comparable to E2 and JobBOSS Ability to prioritize and multitask Superb customer service skills are a must Must possess strong math and critical thinking skills Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat is strongly desired.
Experience with ISO 9001 2015 is encouraged.
Must always be honest and ethical and always operate with a high-level of integrity Must recognize the importance of confidentiality and maintain confidential information, without exception Spanish speaking/bilingual is a plus but not required Associate of Arts degree or higher preferred What we offer as an employer:
