Work on ticketing system, analyse tickets, review it, assign/resolve the same.
Involve in set up of equipment's, Jacks, Inventory etc.
Knowledge with Active directory, SCCM, Office 365, Zoom, Exchange, Windows, Apple MDM, Zoom etc.

00 per hour Schedule:
8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday

5 years (Preferred) Active Directory:
