Operations - Logistics Summary of
Responsibilities:
Handle all activities related to shipping.
Coordinates daily logistical operations, plans and schedules inbound shipments, responsible for monitoring deliveries, and maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.
Job
Responsibilities:
Performs administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of finished goods.
Communicates and coordinates with transportation companies.
Handles routine questions and problems and maintains open communication with other departments throughout the shipping/delivery cycle.
Monitor outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
Determines shipping priorities and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates Helping cross-check the shipping documents place on the outgoing shipments Implementing invoicing process, tracking, reviewing, and approving and maintain database Uploading invoice data through system.
Processes small parcel orders, generating bill of landing, packing slip, and commercial invoices.
Logs order information into the computer and files and distributes paperwork as necessary.
Maintains records and generates reports for accounting and other areas.
Maintain a very safe and neat working environment and comply with company's safety policy and procedures Job Requirements:
Experience in export logistics is a plus Experience in Shipping/Receiving and UPS/FedEx packaging process is a plus Attention to details and outstanding communication skills Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skill Bilingual in Mandarin and English is a plus Supervisory Responsibility:
