You will oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures, while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
You will be cunduct HR processes with the assistance of your office provided team, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures recruitment and selection process departments Maintain employee records Support managers in addressing employee concerns and conflict resolution
Qualifications:
