Assist with customer inquiries via telephone, email, or other written correspondence and utilize empathy and patience with all customers.
Administer new case set ups, billing, collection and reconciliation of premiums, processing policy changes, etc.
Research customer needs and solutions, pro-actively calling customers to assist and update.
Administrative work, managing account via email and phone processing.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent 0-2 years related experience required, 1-3 years of client service experience preferred.
Previous experience in insurance, banking, and/or healthcare is a plus! Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task Possess excellent verbal and written.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
