The RNA will provide restorative care to our residents under the direction of licensed nursing staff and in accordance with state and federal regulations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a long-term care setting and a passion for providing high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide restorative care to residents under the direction of licensed nursing staff - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Monitor and document changes in residents' conditions and report to nursing staff - Assist with the implementation of care plans and rehabilitation programs - Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families - Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team - Maintain accurate and complete documentation of restorative care provided
Qualifications:
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or RNA - Must have a current and valid California nursing assistant certification - Must have experience in a long-term caresetting - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of basic nursing care principles and practices - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Ability to lift and move patients as needed - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays and the PM shift - Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening Job Type:
