Our Inside Sales and Customer Support (industrial automation sensors) is a very important part of our team.
You will be the eyes and ears for our group, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond.

com Primary Job Functions:
The Inside Sales and Customer Service Provide front line, first level, technical assistance for our customers.
Troubleshooting product specific issues including application and performance troubleshooting.
Resolve customer issues on the first call as frequently as possible.
Open and manage Pipedrive CRM for leads, data, and customer dashboard.
Quotations and order entry into CRM system daily.
Training of customers on video and in person when needed.
Provide outstanding customer service both before and after sales over the phone.
Manage the pricing and expediting of orders, effectively schedule customer deliveries.
Provide regular reporting to management, including sales pipeline development forecasting, and current customer market condition updates.
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Other duties:
Handling of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Determines method of shipment.
Affixes shipping labels on packed boxes identifying shipping information on cartons.
Posts weights and shipping charges, and affixes postage.
Organizes the offloading of containers from Japan.
Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
Maintains inventory and shipping materials.
Point of contact for the shipping companies.
Experience level:
1 to 3 years customer support 1 to 3 years sales Computer skills (Microsoft Office/Excel/PPP/Word) Degreed (Preferred) Basic Electronics knowledge Experienced in selling and supporting industrial products Job Type:
