Job Opening Job Description Receptionist/ Staff Support Job summary The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, prompt, intelligent, anticipates but does not assume, is quick on his/her feet, independent, responsible, and requires minimal hand-holding.
The primary functions of this job include but are not limited to:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Answer and forward incoming phone calls Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries Data entry Copying/scanning/filing Minimum requirements High school Diploma Experience with computers Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel) Excellent communication skills Must be detail oriented Must be able to multitask and can work well independently with little supervision Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing changing priorities with constant interruptions Note The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
