An Business Development Manager is responsible for helping the organization obtain better brand recognition and financial growth across multiple business units within a region.
The Business Development Manager will create, develop, and close new business opportunities with community partners and other Senior Related entities.
The individual is responsible for developing new relationships and leveraging their existing relationships in this area, to drive the revenue of the company.
The Business Development Manager is expected to develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction; conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs; arrange business meetings with prospective clients; and promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.

Responsibilities:
Identify, lead, and integrate key strategic alliance relationships and business development opportunities across multiple business units Develop sales strategy, implements campaigns, and creates new opportunities by generating and qualifying leads.
Provide partner business planning to support company's annual strategic plan.
Develop accountability and metrics to manage success Create reports to track implementation of strategic plan and actual business developed.
Create comprehensive tracking vehicles to collect and track success of internal groups and to measure strategic alliance business.
Drive marketing initiatives for territory Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare or a related field OR minimum of five years of business leadership including supervisory and sales experience in a healthcare or related field.
Leadership experience working with healthcare / home health career standards and quality assurance or risk management.
Clean driving record and ability to pass background check / motor vehicle record check.
Position Physical Demands:
Walking, sitting, and standing with lifting limited to files and records typically not expected to exceed 25 pounds in weight.
Extended time at a computer work screen and on the telephone.
The targeted compensation range for this position is $70,000 plus a bonus structure.
