Certified Nursing Assistant
Creekside Post-Acute (formerly known as San Tomas Convalescent Hospital) is seeking for Full-time and Part-time CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS (ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE) who will provide excellent patient care and enjoy learning and working in a fast-paced environment.
We love welcoming all CNA's from new grads to many years of experience.
We are a 130-bed skilled nursing facility located near Campbell off San Tomas Expressway.
We would love to have you come in for a tour of our facility!We have an extensive support staff necessary for your success and offer competitive rates in the area.
We have been serving the South Bay for many years and continue to provide the best care possible.
JOB DESCRIPTIONA Certified Nursing Assistant provides assistance to the professional staff.
A CNA's daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming, etc.
) as directed by the RN or LPN in charge.
The role will be to maintain patient comfort and safety.
Follow all departmental policies and procedures as well as safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
They'll represent the facility with integrity, free of gifts or improper inducements.
A CNA adheres to the facility's Core Values and mission with complete regard for the dignity of each person.
Qualifications:
Must have an active California CNA licenseMust have BLS/CPR certificateMust be fully vaccinated with boosterExperience Requirements:
New passers - YOU ARE WELCOME!!Without CNA work experience but with an active CNA license in the state of California - YOU ARE WELCOME!!With CNA work experience - WE WANT YOU!!
