$40-55k/annually, bonus potential, company vehicle Responsibilities Act as primary contact and ARS liaison for a defined territory of Big Box retail locationso Foster strong relationships with key account personnel - store managers, pro sales, field leadership, aisle associateso Conduct in-store events and product knowledge trainings to ensure store associates are confident engaging customers and driving high quality install & service leads to ARSo Work closely with your Regional Sales Manager to execute store contests and celebrations to promote a fun, competitive and goal-driven relationship amongst stores leadership and store associateso Accountability for monitoring, meeting and exceeding store goals and company KPIso Attend and participate in weekly and monthly Strategic Alliances calls Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related fieldo Ability to learn and communicate American Residential Services' value proposition, product and service offeringso A sales-driven, goal-oriented, self-motivated personality and a positive attitude.
o Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills.
