The ideal Night Shift Labor and Delivery Assistant Nurse Manager will have leadership experience from an acute care facility.
Experience as a charge nurse, unit supervisor, or assistant nurse manager will provide a strong background for a candidate looking to transfer into a management role.
Additional job responsibilities expected of the Night Shift Labor and Delivery Assistant Nurse Manager include directing patient care, managing a high performing team, consulting with staff, and interpreting hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met.
The Night Shift Labor and Delivery Assistant Nurse Manager will be joining a 250
short term acute care, Joint Commission Accredited Hospital.
The Night Shift Labor and Delivery Assistant Nurse Manager will oversee a facility that is home to a Level IV NICU, labor and delivery rooms, antepartum rooms, triage rooms, and post-partum rooms.
The Night Shift Labor and Delivery Assistant Nurse Manager will manage anywhere from 30-60 employees including Registered Nurses, Techs, and Support Staff and will report to the Manager of Women & Infant Services.
