As a scalable technology partner, we enable organizations to improve operational efficiency and unleash new business potentialJob DescriptionTech Vedika Software, an emerging Information Technology services provider with a global reach, is seeking a highly motivated Sales & Business Development Manager to drive new customer acquisition for software and digital transformation services across various focus domains.
The successful candidate will be responsible for pipeline development, client relationship management, and end-to-end opportunity management, with approximately 70% travel required across the USA.
Key Responsibilities include:
Driving sales and business development activities for Tech Vedika's solution portfolio in the North America regionMeeting or exceeding sales targets and assigned strategic account objectives while ensuring high customer satisfactionAcquiring new customers and relationships, and driving digital transformation opportunities with customers using Tech Vedika servicesCollaborating with diverse teams to develop an in-depth understanding of markets/customers, working with Tech Vedika teams globally, and building the right set of services and business modelsProspecting and qualifying opportunities for IT and engineering consulting servicesBuilding a strong internal network and aligning with key players to support project delivery and execute dealsManaging operational issues such as fulfillment, partner relationships, legal, billing, and other compliance-related topics with support teamsPerforming quantitative analysis, developing proposals, SOWs, contract negotiations, MSAs, and closures as an individual contributor or as part of a larger teamDeveloping commercial and pricing strategies for quotations and securing new business with strong commercial negotiation skillsImplementing and tracking customer-specific marketing measures and representing the company at trade fairs.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Highly self-motivated and directed with a high energy level to lead activitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written (including proposal writing and presentation building)Experience with CRM applications such as Salesforce or Zoho CRMExcellent presentation skills, ability to create models in Excel, and build proposalsExperience with onsite and offshore development models preferredAbility to identify the right contacts and create opportunities for account miningAbility to work with the ambiguities of customer requirements and visionSales and marketing experience in IT Services/Platform/Engineering ServicesExperience collaborating with internationally distributed teams (US & India)Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and sales strategy skillsEntrepreneurial mindset and a desire to help establish a new business areaResults-oriented with a drive to resolve issuesBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or any engineering field10
years of experience in sales, business development, account management, partnership development, or a related endeavor in IT/IoT/engineering consulting servicesConfident and clear communicator with an objective approachProfessional and positive attitude with the ability to coordinate a global interdisciplinary development team.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
