Raging Waters San Jose - Food & Beverage Manager I San Jose, CA, USA, 2333 S White Road, San Jose, California, United States of America Req #1896 Thursday, January 27, 2022 Summary Responsible for providing attentive service to all customers while taking and serving food and beverage orders while presenting him/herself as a positive reflection of the venue.
Roles & Responsibilities Provide superior guest service for all our guests.
Assist in promoting a positive environment and maintain employee morale.
Train employees on proper cashiering procedures Be able to communicate with staff members and guest in all situations including but not limited to:
Disciplinary action, coaching and rule enforcement.
Prepare and serve food and drinks in a safe and timely manner.
Clean prep areas and serving areas.
Take orders and operate point of sale system Assist with catered events and birthday parties Assist with deliveries and warehouse inventory.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Provide assistance to other departments as directed.
Participate in audits and training sessions.
Work required hours scheduled while following all labor laws.
Place orders with vendors Requirements Education:
California Food Handler Training Program Certification required.
PCI training provided by management.
Languages:
The ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.

Experience:
Previous cashier experience is helpful.
Previous guest-related experience is preferred.
