System Reliability Engineer, you will lead ESD (electrostatic discharge) and latch-up qualification testing of all new including test vehicles.
You will also work with HW and product engineering teams to support reliability qualification testing of AMD's accelerator cards.
Responsibilities Design and procure test HW such as boards and sockets for ESD, latch-up, and card testing.
Develop a reliability test plan and schedule.
Drive timely completion of reliability tests per schedule and manage status updates with cross-functional teams.
Analyze test data to ensure that the product meets quality and reliability targets.
Manage debug of reliability failures and advocate improvements in design and manufacturing processes.
Support team members, customers, and suppliers when needed.
Qualifications BS degree in EE, CS, or mechanical engineering is required.
Hands-on experience in designing test boards, sockets is required.
Hands-on experience in building IC or card test set-up is required.
3 or more years of experience in testing IC or card products is required.
Excellent team players with a can-do attitude is required.
Excellent communication skills are required.
