o The IT CRM Manager is the technical leader for the MS Dynamics CRM, related CPQ/Pricing and related Enterprise Data Management systems/program.
This role is to ensure that IT is properly aligned as an enabler of MPS's continued rapid-growth while driving configuration over customization, efficient data/system integration, and strategically-planned progressive enhancements with Customer Advocacy/Care/Analytics and Security in mind.
Major
Responsibilities:
o This position will report to Sr.
Manager, IT Business Applications.
o Partner with key business stakeholders in understanding business process and data needs and setting the overall direction and priorities of MPS Sales and Customer Advocacy requirements.
o Provide functional and technical leadership for MS Dynamics and related environments.
o Collaborate with key IT stakeholders to ensure overall CRM and related systems health.
o Lead CRM related projects through full-life-cycle.
o Work with other IT staff to integrate MS Dynamics with other key Applications.
o Identify continuous improvement opportunities and collaborate with others to define appropriate approach and deliver results.
o Ensure CRM related applications meet security and audit requirements.
o Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to solve business problems.
o Manage the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and followed.
o Performs other duties as directed.
Qualifications:
o Bsc in Computer Science or a related discipline.
o 5 to 10 years of in-depth application experience with MS Dynamics, and/or other CRM systems such as Salesforce Sales, Service Cloudo Advanced Administrator, Consulting and/or Developer Certifications or commensurate experience required.
o Experience leading large scale successful CRM implementations and supports for global technology companies.
o Agile and/or Waterfall project management experience a must, certifications preferred.
o Expert in application/solution design, configuration / system setup and documentation.
o Strong management experience along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment and adjust to changing priorities and participation in multiple projects.
o Deep experience with lead to opportunity business process, sales force automation, quotation management and workflow design.
o Data analytics and SQL skills required.
o Demonstrated ability to communicate with multiple levels of management and collaborate with a variety of individuals to achieve business results.
o Experience overseeing complex integrations preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
