Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls and answer customer questions or redirect them appropriately.
Answer emails about orders, claims, general questions, etc.
Purchase inventory from vendors Pack and ship online orders setup delivery schedule and coordinate with customers File paperwork Provide exceptional customer service to all customers Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases (online) Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written We offer competitive pay and a supportive work environment.
