Responsibilities:
Work with our client's customers face to face in a retail setting Respond to potential customers with inquiries about products and services, as well as other customer service-related inquiries.
Work with our internal sales team on sales opportunities for new accounts as well as existing accounts that require new order quotes or follow-up calls or emails to our customers.
Participate in internal training programs on new product offerings as well as existing product offerings such as software or hardware.
The ideal candidate will have:
High school diploma or equivalent; 2 year or Bachelor's a PLUS.

years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing a PLUS.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and team player mindset.
Ability to work in a flexible, team oriented environment that requires the ability to adapt to changing priorities and priorities.
