On-site manager duties include tenant relations, rent notification and collection, light bookkeeping, and enforcing park rules.
The park manager will be responsible for vacancy showings and rental agreement signing, meter reading, and other miscellaneous duties.
Daily inspection of park facilities to determine repair and maintenance needs is required.

Must be able to live onsite at the property Excellent communications skills Detail-oriented Meet deadlines Someone who will take charge and isn't afraid to work with different personalities Experience with sales, especially in selling homes Ability to follow directions Computer savvy Must be able to interact and use email daily Mobile Home Park management experience preferred but not required What we offer:
