San Jose, CA San Jose, CA Part-time Part-time $16 an hour $16 an hour Part-time on-site property manager needed for a Manufactured Housing Community in San Jose, CA area.
On-site manager duties include tenant relations, rent notification and collection, light bookkeeping, and enforcing park rules.
The park manager will be responsible for vacancy showings and rental agreement signing, meter reading, and other miscellaneous duties.
Daily inspection of park facilities to determine repair and maintenance needs is required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
