Create wire harness 3D models in Siemens NX using the electrical toolset and integrate the design into the aircraft.
Modify conformal aircraft harnesses to add wiring for test lab specific needs (tap ins, relays, data logging, switches, power supplies).
Understand and implement communication protocols (ARINC, CAN, Ethernet, Serial).
Follow industry best practices and guidance for the design and installation of the wire harnesses (FAR25 Subpart H and FAR23, AC 43.
13-1B, AS50881, ASTM F2639).
