You will work on AMD's Quality Systems design and development programs, responsible for quality engineering functions related to Semiconductor Product development & New Product Introduction (Electronic components, Software, & IP) as well as problem investigation and corrective action.
This entails process & risk assessment as it related to the management system implementation, investigation, assessment/audit process mapping, and engineering documentation, with multiple engineering disciplines.
This role will also participate in the operational aspects of the quality management system, specifically in the administration of the internal audit, corrective action, and process development/continuous improvement initiatives, programs, and projects.

KEY
Responsibilities:
Perform as a lead auditor for internal audits of the Quality Management Systems (QMS) ISO9001:
2015, generate audit reports, and facilitate external certification audits.
Drive continual improvement activities with cross functional teams to assess, develop, implement, and control product, software, and IP quality processes, procedures, key process indicators, release exit criteria, and other engineering development quality controls.
Applies broad understanding of industry standards (DO-254, IEC61508, ISO26262) to ensure product functional safety standards are metDemonstrates fluency in the quality management systems function and works to further the quality of the product and the implementation of the management systemDocument, communicate, and provide process guidance on variances from requirements among process owners, stakeholders, and managementRepresents the quality systems function in the global organizationRepresents AMD in compliance discussions / audits with registrars and customers for all elements of a functional safety certificationUse the corporate Corrective and Preventive Action system to drive root cause determination and implement improvementsAbility to evaluate processes and work flows to create measurement indices for process performance managementThe candidate is expected to communicate effectively and extensively with internal customers and quality management for successful implementation of this job function.
PREFERRED
Experience:
Direct Semiconductor Quality Management Systems, Quality Engineering or, Quality Assurance experience.
Lead auditor certification to ISO9001:
2015 (Minimum)Experience with ASIC design tools, application development, Software implementationWorking knowledge of CMMI Standards, Implementation, and methodologiesExperience in Automotive industry (PFMEA, DFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP)ASQ Certification, Engineer, Auditor, or software quality is highly desiredQuality Documentation, creation, process flow mapping/development, Project Planning, and implementationACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in related discipline preferred#LI-DA1At AMD, your base pay is one part of your total rewards package.
Your base pay will depend on where your skills, qualifications, experience, and location fit into the hiring range for the position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
