This Experience obsessed individual works independently to manage complex digital product lifecycles, including product vision and strategy, go-to-market plans, development, positioning, launch and messaging.

Job DutiesEstablish and drive digital product vision and strategy, including go-to-market plans, positioning and messagingBuild, manage and prioritize an actionable product roadmap to support our goals and strategies, in collaboration with other Product Managers, business partners, and third party vendorsLead business units to gather, manage, and prioritize market/member requirements, acting as a member advocateLead internal partners, including Scrum and Engineering teams to ensure frictionless end to end release managementLead internal team Product Manager meetings, as requiredCollaborate with technical teams to deliver the best member and employee experienceLeverage user feedback from various channels, competitive analysis, and technology trends to lead and oversee the development of member-centric productsEstablish, monitor and measure KPIs to drive product success Mentor other Product Managers on a day-to-day basisEssential SkillsMinimum 4 years experience in a digital product management role including some experience gathering user requirements, and building/deploying digital products, preferably in the financial services industryAdvanced knowledge of Scrum Agile Experience with design-thinking best practices and testing to deliver mobile-first digital products and experiences Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple assignments and deliverables simultaneously with the flexibility to meet changing needs and demandsStrong business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations tailored to diverse audiencesAbility to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDistinctive problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trendsFamiliarity with Atlassian Suite including Jira and ConfluenceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteMinimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experienceCertification/License:
Scrum Agile Certification is preferredLocation:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
