HR Business Partner

OverviewWe are looking for an HR Business Partner to manage the people strategy for our Product and Technology Organizations.
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with employees, at all levels, to deliver proactive HR solutions to meet strategic business needs, while fostering a climate of trust and commitment.
The HR Business Partner will work collaboratively with the Chief People Officer, HR team members and business leaders on strategic initiatives including:
performance management, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, recruitment and retention, learning and development and other employee programs.
The ideal candidate must thrive in fast-paced environments, be able to manage through ambiguity and complexity, support multiple, simultaneous projects and be comfortable managing change.
ResponsibilitiesPartner with Product and Technology leadership to understand business goals and objectives and develop HR strategies to support them effectively.
Provide guidance and support to Product and Technology managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational design.
Lead talent acquisition efforts for the Product and Technology divisions, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Drive employee engagement initiatives within the Product and Technology divisions, including employee feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and career development opportunities.
Serve as a trusted advisor to Product and Technology leaders on people-related issues, providing insights and recommendations to enhance team effectiveness and productivity.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Product and Technology talent management and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on supporting Product and Technology groups.
Strong understanding of the technology industry, including emerging trends, skill requirements, and talent challenges.
Proven experience partnering with senior product and technology leaders to drive organizational change and achieve business objectives.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues with sensitivity and professionalism.
Solid understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices, with experience in full-cycle recruiting.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
