Key
Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
Provide accurate information about our products, services, and pricing.
Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Technical Support:
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate department for further assistance.
Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide instructions on how to use our products or software effectively.
Problem Resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Follow up with customers to ensure that their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily and provide updates on the status of their inquiries or requests.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in our CRM system.
Generate reports on customer support metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
