Supply Chain Operations at NutanixAs a Process Quality Engineer at Nutanix in the Supply Chain Operations team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in production and delivery of our products.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within the organization, including Supply Base Management, Fulfillment, Engineering, and Service logistics, to identify process gaps, implement improvements, and drive overall operational excellence.

Your RoleAnalyze, audit, and identify gaps in the existing quality management systemProvide training and guidance on six sigma projects and be a hands-on guide for project teamsPerform process capability studies and data-driven decision-making to achieve operational excellenceDrive statistical analysis, including Weibul analysis for production test optimization strategies and Design of ExperimentsImplement process control measures to ensure consistent qualityParticipate in cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions and preventive measureWhat You Will BringBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field8
years of experience as a Process Quality EngineerProficient in statistical analysis, and tools such as minitabStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience with process improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, 5S)Professional certification in Kaizen/Lean Six Sigma or related areas is a MUSTExperienced auditor on Quality management system such as ISO standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesAbout the TeamHiring Manager:
