Looking for a candidate with 5
years Thermal Design Engineer experience, Computational Fluid Dynamics, 3 years Electronic cooling and thermal compliance in Icepak and or FloTherm.

You will be a major contributor in the design and development of thermal attributes of the Company electronic solutions. The Thermal Design Engineer will have a well-equipped thermal test laboratory available to provide quality empirical test results and verifications.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
5
years' experience in a CFD-focused (Computational Fluid Dynamics) role.
3
years' work experience in electronic cooling and thermal compliance in the electronics industry.
3
years' work experience with IcePak and/or FloTherm.
2 years' CAD experience (preferably NX or SolidWorks).
2 years' experience with heat sink design and material selection and thermal interface material selection
2 years' of hands-on experience building test samples, installing thermocouples, using a wind tunnel, performing thermal tests, and collecting temperature, flow, pressure, and power data.

Preferred
Qualifications:

MSEE or PhD in Mechanical Engineering.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
