Accountant
The Accountant function is responsible for US entity accounting as well as review of worldwide reconciliations.
This position reports to the Assistant Controller.
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Balance sheet Reconciliations for US entity
Review balance sheet reconciliations for other entities
Review and analysis of income statement operations accounts
Month end accruals
Bank reconciliation for US entity
Review bank reconciliations for other entities
Intercompany account review
Research and resolve accounting issues
Assist in supervision of AP Specialist
Cash forecasting
Propose and assist in Implementation of improved processes and procedures
Assist in ERP upgrades
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in accounting or similar
Minimum 3 years accounting experience
CPA a plus
Effective analytical skills
Highly effective verbal and written communication
Ability to investigate and resolve issues
Ability to work in a high pace/high volume of work
Ability to multi-task
Detail oriented
NetSuite experience a plus
