Manager, Business Systems - BSJG01
Cavium, Inc. has an opening for a Manager, Business Systems to manage and oversee business processes and systems for manufacturing, order management, and supply chain planning in an environment that's comprised of Oracle E-Business Suite ERP and related applications.
Specific duties include:
Manage a team of two (2) Business Systems Analysts on manufacturing, order management, and supply chain planning activities;
Standardize project and solutions documentation, and ensure standards are applied and followed;
Work with Business Users and Process Owners on business process and system requirements;
Oversee Analysts who create functional designs of business solutions;
Lead design of automated systems, including Oracle E-Business Suite applications (Bills of Material, Inventory WIP, Inventory Shop Floor Management) to meet manufacturing and supply chain requirements;
Lead and work with the technical team and Developers to develop and implement solutions;
Manage business systems projects from initiation and planning to execution, delivery and support;
Drive best practice business processes and solutions;
Work with cross-functional teams to get system and application issues addressed, root causes identified and remediated;
Work with the business units on analytical and reporting requirements, and drive implementation and delivery of reports and dashboards;
Design and manage the implementation of Java-based business applications;
Manage projects related to Product Life Cycle (PLM) and Human Resource Management Systems; and
Supervise and guide teams on reporting requirements
This position requires a Master's degree or the equivalent and two (2) years of experience; OR, a Bachelor's degree or the equivalent and five (5) years of experience in lieu of a Master's degree or the equivalent and 2 years of experience.
