About the role Reporting to the Sr. Director, Marketing Technology & Operations, this new role oversees our own implementation of the Adobe Marketing Cloud for Adobe's marketing needs. This leader will oversee an staff of about 10
including engineers who're experts in Adobe products like Analytics, Target, Audience Manager and Campaign and general software engineering. This role will also work very closely with a matrixed team of about 5 engineers based in our Bangalore office. Expect regular interactions with senior leaders across the board - in particular on the product, marketing and sales. Occasional interactions with customers/prospects to tell the story of how Adobe uses its own products is expected as well. Key responsibilities include but is not limited to:
Oversee Instrumentation of multiple properties and mobile apps to collect data and enable serious web analytics Oversee testing/optimization/personalization capabilities on multiple properties Oversee audience management capabilities across channels and In partnership with Cloud Tech (our IT), oversee email marketing management capabilities for both B2C and B2B Manage a handful of custom tools/systems built to aid the needs of our department With help from the team, help build a comprehensive roadmap of capabilities and sell and executive the vision/plan to the respective stakeholders. Conduct periodic prioritization meeting with stakeholders to ensure that the teams remain aligned to core goals. Help explore innovative ideas/solutions developed internally and externally to supplement the marketing capabilities that gets us ahead in the game. Establish strong relations and work closely with the product engineering teams on alpha/beta releases and product bugs/defects Be a visible, vocal spokesperson for the team and its contributions to the senior leadership team. Champion the product improvements and help the internal teams understand the customer perspective by providing regular feedback Required Experience 10
years of related experience in engineering/technology, preferably in sales/marketing enablement. Past experience must include practical, hands-on experience in digital marketing disciplines such as content management, web analytics, site optimization and/or personalization. Previous experience in technical product role technical marketing, product management, product evangelism - is strongly preferred Prior professional services (agency, consultancy) background, preferably on the data/technical side, is highly desirable. Familiarity with and experience implementing Adobe Marketing Cloud products is a huge plus Experience managing a geographically diverse and matrixed technical teams Required Traits, Driver Take charge. Passion for marketing technology Education Ideal candidate is someone who has both engineering and business degrees from reputed schools. MBA from a reputed business school is highly desirable. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
