Sales Coordinator

Responsible for implementing and managing of all SP, Kiosk and PM common area leasing and activations and all audit compliance of the SP, Kiosk and PM deal flow process.
Administrative
o Prepare Leasing packages
o Send out Introductory Packets
o Submit for Background checks for Mall Retail clients
o Work Order production
o SL/Kiosk Tenant File Management, including required documents
o Maintain CSA audit compliance
o Miscellaneous Mall Retail internal and external correspondence
o Maintain center move in/move out calendar
o Send Mall Retail Default Notices and communicate cure
o Prepare and submit amendments for approval (deal maker negotiates terms of amendments)
o Assist in permitting application process
o Maintain inventory log in Salesforce and ensure no overlapping of deals
Accounting
o Reconciliation of Billing
o Rent Roll Verification
o Re-class Requests
Mall Retail Accounts Receivable (specific to kiosk and SPL only)
Miscellaneous Charges/Billings
Track and send fines/late fee notices
Operational
o Regularly walk the center to insure all Visual Merchandising standards and Operational requirements are met at all times.
o Coordinate and be present during all move ins
o Coordinate move in and move out schedules and requirements with new tenant and mall staff.
o Adhere and insure new set up photo documentation process
o Take Open Notice photos for kiosks
o Maintaining Merchandising Plan and VM log
o Liaison with external service providers/vendors, i.e. visual merchandiser, sign company, electricians, etc.
o Attend all appropriate center meetings and share upcoming activations and retailer openings during Staff Meetings on behalf of the sales team.
o Implement and manage all SP and PM activations
o Implement and manage all Media buys
o Assist in the successful openings of all temp in-lines
o Client Liaison for exhibits and shows
Reporting
o TMI input and reconciliation
o Salesforce data management
o Report updates as required
Sales
o Qualify incoming prospective clients, via phone or walk-in
o Show common area, activation locations and in-line spaces to potential clients
o Be aware and up to date on all perm leasing and marketing activity to share to prospective retailers.
o Basic knowledge of the SL, Kiosk and PM inventory, center sales by category and key center facts.
System Applications/ Discipline Knowledge
o WLMS
o Salesforce

o TM1
o All new systems adopted by PM, SL and Kiosk
o Basic understanding of the SL, Kiosk and PM lease, tenancy and agreement documents
o Basic knowledge of the SL, Kiosk and PM discipline, key stakeholders, process and vision

Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school education or GED equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred
One year in a coordinator capacity supporting multiple managers
Previous experience in a sales environment preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
