Hayward, CA (ONSITE) Job Responsibilities Leasing & property management operations for large residential real estate complex Greet tenants, answer and appropriately direct incoming calls, and manage daily office operations Coordinate with tenants regarding inquiries Manage vendors and contractors as needed Prepare correspondence and reports for invoicing Distribute information including building memorandums, contact lists, and events Position Qualifications/Requirements:

years' administrative experience Ability to work with limited supervision Excellent time management skills and ability to coordinate with all levels of staff and handle multiple tasks from various office departments Proficient in Google Suite Proficient with Real Page, OneSite, Lead2Lease or similar Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required Why choose Addison Administrative & HR?
