We are looking for a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to provide outstanding leadership and market insights to establish and grow Thinfilm's revenue with leading customers and partners, while creating a focused go-to-market organization.
The ideal candidate is an experienced and highly self-motivated leader that has demonstrated a long and successful track record of establishing and growing a new business primarily through business development and technical engagement.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an early stage company and build out Thinfilm's commercial function through business development and custom customer solutions.
You will have a tight interface with the technology and operations team and identify appropriate commercial structure while hiring key talent over the next 18-36 months.
Reporting to the CEO, you will develop new revenue-generating strategic partnerships within the medical, wearable devices, connected sensors market and beyond.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own Thinfilm's go to market strategy and priorities aligned with the CEODrive entire customer and partnership engagement cycle, from lead to launch to revenueBuild and develop strategic business relationships with key OEMs and partnersBuild a high-performance commercial structure capable of successfully executing initiatives with a focus on new customer acquisition and profitable and sustainable revenueCreate proposals, negotiate agreements, and win new businessGrow and manage a robust pipeline and consistently meet and exceed goalsPartner closely with the executive team to develop and execute an innovative marketing strategy that drives rapid growthCollaborate to clearly define and establish marketing-specific metrics that have a direct impact on company revenue goalsLead the overall planning, development, and alignment of Thinfilm's external presence and brand awareness for customers, partners, prospects, investors, and the pressLead messaging in partnership with the leadership team to stay ahead of market trends and establish differentiated market positioningKey Personal AttributesProven ability to identify and develop custom solutions, go-to-market plans, sales engagements, marketing and collateral, and competitive positioningUnderstand how to communicate to business sponsors as well as product leadsExcellent relationship management, negotiation, and communicationReputation as a creative dealmaker:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
