Global Product Manager, Professional Accessories, under Ortho Channel will be responsible for growing Align Technology's accessories product portfolio offered for Orthodontists and GPs.
The candidate will generate core clinical and business insights on targeted customer segments and develop and execute strategies that address key customer barriers ultimately driving customer utilization.
He/she will ensure proper tracking and analysis of business results to gauge progress in achieving business objectives.
The candidate must serve as voice of customer and sales partner in guiding product roadmap activities to supporting the management of agency efforts pertaining to customer-facing campaigns.
In this role, you willBe responsible for the definition and execution of the Accessories strategy and product management life-cycle, from new product development/acquisition through to commercialization and in-market managementDevelop a deep product expertise to understand the strategic and tactical requirements associated with the requirements Create a clear 3-year vision for the segment and define the R&D, clinical, marketing and sales requirements associated with it, including establishing clear strategy for the segmentDefine associated messaging, value proposition, pricing, promotion and overall elements of the marketing mix to effectively deliver continued growth in the segmentDefine the partnerships and collaboration needs to support strategy, exercising judgement required to foster informal team within a matrix structureTogether with the regions, align and push the strategy, challenge local execution, coordinate commercializationSupport the launch of new products and services in all the regions with integrated commercialization planGain deep understanding of the portfolio at play within the segment and define appropriate strategy and tactics to accelerate growth and minimize any threatsUses data and customer interactions to develop a deep understanding of customer needs--and effectively educates the broader organization about these needsAnalyzes reports and other data sources that gauge the health and growth of the business, and future business trends.
Works with finance to manage the annual and quarterly forecasts.
Manages a range of projects and programs that support our strategic and tactical efforts, including market research studies, development of customer-facing commercial assets (brochures, clinical whitepapers, customer testimonials, educational videos), and creation of new reports to analyze progress in building the businessHelp develop annual plan with quarterly tactics executed and measured.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
