AEI's Vice President (VP) of Marketing Strategy & Analytics will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring AEI's overall business marketing strategy in support of AEI's short-term objectives and long-term Strategic Plan.
The VP will have an entrepreneurial mindset and will identify opportunities, direct growth efforts, and demonstrate ROI of marketing initiatives.
The VP will empower and mentor the Marketing staff to deliver on the goals, objectives, and duties listed below.
Specific duties may include:
Enhance AEI's current market presence and position AEI as a trusted advisor and showcase AEI's company culture of empowered employee owners.
KPIs may include number of leads through our website from social media posts, AEI leadership and technical expert appearance in publications or on panels, and company recognition (awards).
Provide AEI's sales team with marketing collateral that drives growth within their target lists.
KPIs will be based on number of additional opportunities following marketing campaigns.
Responsible for market research and setting growth goals for sectors with the highest potential, then measuring the effectiveness of marketing investments through metrics and demonstrated growth.
Development of sector-specific growth strategies may include product research, competitive landscape research on pricing, working with Operations to facilitate delivery of services, and ensuring all marketing collateral and proposal templates are prepared.
KPIs will be based on the amount of revenue growth within newly developed sectors.
Deliver a sophisticated client relationship management strategy to measure and improve client satisfaction through Operations enhancements.
Work with the Operations and sales team to improve client satisfaction and retention.
This may include satisfaction surveys, market research, traction reporting or other metrics.
They may also involve representing the client perspective in development of new technologies.
KPIs will be improved retention of existing clientele and growth within existing accounts.
Refining AEI's Marketing Budget for maximum Return on Investment.
Each budgetary item will be linked to ROI, if possible, and evaluated for improvement in the following year.
Oversee activities of the Marketing Team to ensure compliance with the budget and delivery of ROI on spend.
All of the above will require developing trust with the members of the existing Marketing staff, the Sales Team, good rapport with AEI's top clients, knowledge of industry associations and representation of AEI as needed, as well as effective management of goals and objectives of the Marketing Team.
We are seeking a professional, dedicated, enthusiastic individual to become part of our team with the following experience, skills and attributes:
5 to 10 years' experience leading a Marketing Department for a rapidly growing firm delivering technical services and consulting to the CRE industryA demonstrated track record of innovation, understanding of the sectors within CRE, and an opportunity to develop growth strategies for new sectorsHands on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, HubSpot, WebTrends, Microsoft Dynamics.
In-depth knowledge of big data analysisRegularly produce and present reportsExcellent organizational and time management skillsGood communication and interpersonal skills including leading and mentoring other marketing professionalsExcellent presentation skills MA in Marketing, Management, or similar relevant fieldAdditional marketing certifications are a plusOutstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skillsIn depth knowledge of market researchSense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
