This position involves technical strategic expertise and thinking to new product development and initiatives at the executive level.
This individual will be a key member in Sleep Number's strategic technical execution in support of our vision of becoming the world's most beloved brand by delivering unparalleled sleep experiences.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic projects and research initiatives by building timelines, identifying risks, producing user stories, clarifying scope of work and interacting with engineers in order to meet the deliverables according to a pre-determined schedule and cadence.
This role will involve working cross functionally with a wide range of teams from durables, hardware, electronics, embedded software, cloud software and operations and consumer mobile apps.
You should be able to work with minimal direction and have the ability to develop understanding of new areasPrimary ResponsibilitiesResponsible for working with leadership team to identify and develop strategic technical product initiativesResponsible for working with cross-functional leaders to deliver product development projects on time, in scope and on budget.
Ensures project progress is tracked, documents agendas, meeting minutes, action items, project plans and issue logs.
Responsible for communication of project statuses to leadership teamResponsible for developing and driving adoption of world class processes, tools, and technologyPosition RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience required15
years of in program or project management experienceStrong track record of delivering strategic complex, high value deliverables through organizational change, technical analysis, product and program managementDesigning and executing strategies that converge business and technology for the benefit of increased revenue, margin and optimal customer experienceAbility to leverage the voice of the business and identify the largest impact activitiesExperience successfully leading significant technical projects to completionExperience in managing technical strategic initiatives, including framing the problem, conducting research and analysis, synthesizing recommendations, and building actionable business and operational plansEntrepreneurial self-starter who takes initiative in a fast-paced, innovative high-growth environmentTechnical depth in:
Technology Product Development, Internet of things (IOT), SaaS, PaaS, AWS, Azure, APIs, Sensors, Security, DevOps and Application developmentGood understanding and experience in Digital Health.
Knowledge of HIPAA, Remote monitoring, EMR/EHR systemsSoftware / SaaS industry domain experience, ideally with exposure to IoT, DevOps, IT Ops, or infrastructure softwareEffective at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing others; experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teamsStrong communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing, comfortable in both business and technical discussionsExceptional communication skills and an ability to connect people with different points of view and with varying levels of experienceAbility to make timely, data-driven decisionsExperienced in translating ideas into specific qualified and quantified action items.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
